Projects that usually need HOA approval.

- Installing or replacing a fence
- Building a deck, patio, pergola, shed, or structure
- Major landscaping, tree removal, retaining walls, or drainage changes
- Roof, siding, driveway, sidewalk, or exterior lighting work
Usually Routine
Items that typically do not need review.
- Mowing, trimming, and routine yard care
- Replacing dead shrubs with similar plants
- Basic garden planting, flowers, mulch, and edging
- Power washing your home or driveway
- Replacing small fixtures with similar style and placement
Request Form
