No work may begin without written approval.Submitting early helps avoid delays, rework, and confusion once contractors or materials are involved.

  • Repainting your home, even if the color is similar
  • Installing or replacing a fence
  • Building a deck, patio, pergola, shed, or structure
  • Major landscaping, tree removal, retaining walls, or drainage changes
  • Roof, siding, driveway, sidewalk, or exterior lighting work

Usually Routine

Items that typically do not need review.

  • Mowing, trimming, and routine yard care
  • Replacing dead shrubs with similar plants
  • Basic garden planting, flowers, mulch, and edging
  • Power washing your home or driveway
  • Replacing small fixtures with similar style and placement

Tell the board what you are planning.

Include materials, colors, dimensions, contractor information, estimated dates, and any files that help explain the project. The more complete the request, the easier it is to review.
